Plenty of ideas on here, some of it good...some not so good.

You have to consult with an attorney or two and trust their advice. As far as I am aware, this forum while useful is mostly full of strong opinions more so than legitimate legal advice.

Trust your lawyer. If they say go for it, I would do that over anything a random forum user tells you to do.

Yet in these case, the “opinions” we are giving are based off of legal advice.
We’ve also seen plenty of lawyers making horrible mistakes and not being held accountable. Yet they all want their $$.

OP needs to act soon, since his ROC is 21 months old. He should inform USCIS of the divorce as soon as they file. Down the road, they’ll send an RFE for the decree. If they have it, they’re going to send it. If they don’t have it, they’re going to send a letter stating they need more time.
The last thing you want is to be perceived as conceiting information.

I go straight to the point, I filed jointly with my wife an i-751 21 months ago, the actual waiting time to be processed now is 29 months for Potomac center, my wife is now asking for divorce, i received a call from his attorney couple days ago but i didn't even been served with paper yet. I consulted an immigration attorney yesterday and he told me to wait until the divorce is finalized before tell anything to the immigration, then in case the divorce come before the condition is been removed we can file an i-751 waiver in my specific case with extreme hardship since i have proof that my marriage ended because of my wife mental disorder. But my real question is it is all this really worth it to go for it? For what i know if i just divorce and don't inform the UNCIS they are never going to know i divorced from her few months before i get the condition removed and i am going to receive my 10 years green card in few months. The only way they are going to find out is if one day i reopen a new immigration case on me like the naturalization, do you think is worth the risk? What i really need become a citizen for? I just want people opinion honestly the lawyer are gonna tell me to go for it just because they want my money anyway...

You might not want citizenship now, but you might change your mind later. I know a few people who didn't apply for citizenship for 10/20/30 years and then something happened and citizenship was important.  Or, you might want to sponsor another person- future wife or children if they are born outside the US.

Keep your immigration history clean. There is another member who had a complicated divorce/ROC journey. She was able to obtain citizenship after she was approved for ROC without interview before sending in divorce paperwork but she made to send in divorce paperwork as soon as it arrived.
