hi everyone, my question a little bit odd but we are required to provide "police report from countries my fiance lived longer than 6 months". this is one of the documentations embassy asked for.

my fiance lived in the us as a student for 9 months and she left 2 years ago. she never lived in any other country. i don't know if it is possible to get police report from usa for her student time.

she just can't get it. we don't even know how.

is this going to be a problem? can we just include her home country document?

thank you if anyone can help.

Generally USCIS and DoS do not ask for police reports from the U.S., because they can just ask the FBI.

Sometimes they do make specific requests for U.S. police records.  If and until that rarity happens,  she should not concern herself with U.S. police reports.
