Has anyone be through the Interview process at the Tokyo Embassy within the last year or so?

How did you organize your paperwork and documents?

Any suggestions to make things easier?

My stack of documents is getting bigger and I'm trying to figure out how to organize it.

Any suggestions on how to organize so everything is easy to find and easily handed over if asked is welcome.

3. USC tax retrurns with W2's and any 1099's

2022 if before 4/15/2024  2023 tax returns if after 4/15/2024

4. USC proof of US residency

5.  marriage certificate in native language and English translation

6.  original birth certificate in native language and English translation

7.  photos of the 2 of you with marriage and any visits

8.  any other documents required per NVC/embassy mail for interview

if u go to your profile and choose country flag,  the post will be captured in Japan portal and others from your country will respond

thank you,  I changed the country.

I have all the documents, but they are all sitting in a file, not really organized.

I want to find out if the Tokyo embassy has a way that they want files to be organized, or stored so they can be easily handed over if requested.

much rather get things organized now before the file gets too big.
