I had my interview on April 18th 2023. The interview went great but the officer had to give me 221g due to police report not submitted by the local police  . US Embassy in Montreal is trying to get my police report from my country of birth . Can i still cross the American border even though my case is refused at the moment ? My passport was returned to me .

Thanks in Advance!

I don't see a problem with you using your visitor privilege in the meantime.

Did they asked you to submit the police report or is not stated on your 221g form?

Hi Emmaa,

My 221g says " will contact Fiji embassy" .   Before the interview i have tried to contact them through emails numerous times but wasn't successful. Fiji is one of the countries will send the report directly to the embassy /NVC .
