It won't take over a year because my case is clean

That isn't a factor.  Your region of the would might delay the rest of your journey.

I didn't ask for your random input and arbitrary timeline, but thanks. What is with you all trying to rain on my happiness? Jealousy? It won't take over a year because my case is clean and I don't need the backhanded comments. Ya'll are a buzz kill

Everyone is happy for you and trying to be accurate for you and other members here. Knowledge is power and we need all of that to deal with  the USCIS. The correction and other timeframe info was also for other members here like me that are on the edge of our seats trying to get our loved ones to the US. Thanks again for your post. It gives us all hope.

Not catty at all...just ACCURATE.  Terminology is important in immigration.  Congratulations!!!  Hopefully, the rest of your journey will be smooth.

****Moved to Progress Reports*****

But being a MENA country, most like AP for the beneficiary, and no time on that one.

That is really great for you and your spouse!  Certainly out of the norm for USCIS, nice to see that possibly they are starting to work on those files.   Good luck on the rest of your journey.

It’s always the same people making the catty comments too. Congratulations!

Even with a "clean " case, no two cases are the same. just like a finger print.

He is from a MENA country, so expect AP on him, most MENA men and now women undergo Additional Processing

Keep in mind, it's all about him, and not of you when it comes to the processing .

Everyone is trying to guide you, & being flip to them is not appreciated.

Some have been here a very long time and are very knowledgeable with the immigration process.

You may want to check out the MENA forum here on VJ.

I really don't care and didn't ask for help or guidance. I was simply sharing MY timeline. Ya'll really need to stay in your lane. If I asked for help, that would be different. The fact that you're here trying to 'educate' me is super infuriating. And assuming I don't understand WHERE my husband is from or that I don't understand the immigration process is you a problem.

Reddit is where people usually post their approvals/timelines etc. so that would be the best place to post.
