I've already submitted documents for Immigrating Spouse's I-864 and DS-260, which documents are needed for Stepchild for DS-260? I've already uploaded his I-864. What other documents are needed?

I know I need to Submit:

1. Passport Bio Page

2. Birth Certificate

3. Passport Photo

4.

5.

6.

7.

There is a list at the NVC website when you complete the DS-260.

Also, does Philippines require court order or the other parent's consent?

Thank you, yes I've already seen those requirements, but anything else than what I've shown above?

The father of the child was never recognized at birth because he bailed and wanted nothing to do with the child. He's not listed on B.C. and probably not in country.

In the Philippines?  NO, if a mom is the one immigrating with her kids.

Thanks for this! Hopefully nothing else is needed. Child is 13 yo.
