Filing form I-131 for Reentry Permit

Hello!

 

I  m considering to apply for a Rentry Permit as LPR (Green Card Holder).

Can someone please help with the following - regarding applying for a Reentry permit:

• Can Rentry permit be applied online using form I-131 please?
• What's Class Admission and what should be the answer please?  (its a question in the form)?
• Can Reentry permit be used more than once at a US port within 2 years?

Yes

whatever visa category you used when admitted to the US

yes it is multiple reentry

When I tried to apply online at USCIS - it says that although form I-131 can be used online But only for specific categories - i.e. it cannot be used to apply for Reentry Permit online?

Perhaps I m looking at a different page - Can you please post a link here where I can apply for Reentry permit online?
