Because of E-Verify and the new I-9 forms, businesses are supposed to be sending their HR teams to training.  However, we all know how that goes sometime.  I don't want to see people FINALLY reunited with their families losing out on really awesome job opportunities because an HR person didn't realize the laws.  Immi is hard enough without added complication when it's supposed to be getting easier.

Type of criminal record check : you have other i saw someone had active criminal record written instead of other. So thats wrong?

Yes: Type of criminal record check should be "Other" for sure
