I did my immunity tests in May 2023. My doctor received  results (MMR, Varicella) by fax from lab.  I did my two vaccinations(Tdp, Hepatitis B) from travel center and i got receipt from them. The fax copies of lab rests are acceptable by U.S embassy panel doctors?

They should be yes. Just have the copies on hand at your medical appointment.

IR1: Documentarily qualified as of January 19th, 2023 with case sitting at NVC. I still haven't received an interview letter yet. Public inquiries seem to lead to the generic first come first served basis. Any suggestions on next steps?

Short of getting an approved expedite by the consulate, you are stuck in the queue waiting your turn.  Not even a WOM would work.

Quick question: I have already collected the immunity test results from doctor and had 2 vaccination from travel center. Is it absolutely necessary to bring the vaccination form (https://www.visadoctor.ca/en/us-medical) completed by family doctor to Toronto clinic or individual papers(immunity test result, vaccination receipts) also work ?

Crazy Cat, I thought that may be the case. Just my way of checking I am not going crazy seeing people DQ'd after my date getting ILs already. Thank you for the information.

I think it’s best to have everything done the way they ask. You don’t want to get there and be denied your full medical review because you didn’t do something. This whole process, you should be overly prepared.

That link is a third party, not the consulate.

I had my hand written original vaccine card from childhood and a print out for my flu vaccine (my interview was in March) and that was perfectly acceptable.

If the case is at  Montreal consulate  after IL, do we need to take any action on DS-260 form if the status is complete?

This is showing up on the home page of nvc (IV)

Your case is currently being reviewed at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where your visa interview will take place.

Please complete and submit the Immigrant Visa (IV) Application (form DS-260) for each applicant on the case.

After submitting the DS-260, upload all supporting documentation (as described on our website) for each applicant, if it hasn’t been done already.

Oh interesting. I don't think I had this note but I can't totally recall. If you already did it, I think you can ignore it as there is a note at the end "if it hasn't been done already"

I'm trying to register my appointment on the visa site. What's the DS-260 number? What does it start with? thank you all

Your DS-260 number is on the page with the barcode that you need to bring with you to the interview and to your medical. I also believe your DS-260 number starts with AA. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Anyone else trying to register their appointment and receiving "is not ready for appointment" under the case number entry? It's only been two days since I received my interview date, but I'm very eager to get the registration out of the way! lol

This is normal. Usually takes 48-72 hours for it to be available to register
