Posting to Follow - DQ’ed Sept 29 - curious when the next batch drops. I know I’m in for a wait.

I’m also wondering if October letters have gone out yet.  Should be this week I think.  I keep checking the Consular Ops website, but the last update is still from September.

Based on the pattern in the past few months, I think interview letters should be going out tomorrow morning? I was DQ’ed July 10th, so also anxiously waiting.

Based on some of the others I looked at, it seemed like the last half of one month and the first half of the following month were getting letters at the same time - so end of June/beginning of July was in September, July/Aug would be October, Aug/Sep would be Nov, and so on. Granted, that was looking at a small number of people who actually reported their dates and stuff, so it could be completely off base... Especially since some obviously don't fit that pattern. But... //shrug//

IL letters are usually sent in a batch early morning. I received mine on Aug 16, 3:30 am eastern time

Oh dang. I wonder if they will even send out IL’s this month. Do you know if MTL schedules interviews for December? They updated their consulate page twice in September, but not for this month.

I’m assuming they do, but probably have a shutdown around Christmas which makes it a shorter month with less appts available.

That makes sense. I wonder when they will send out IL’s. Seems pretty delayed this month.

Time of sending IL varies from month to month. In July they sent IL on July 11. Usually it is between 10th-20th of the month. May be the 2nd MTL  update in Sept is for December IL. May be few interviews in December.
