My wife applied for removal of conditions in September of 2021. She received the 4 year extension letter in Aprilish. We just returned from a 5 week trip to the Philippines. While going through immigration the kind immigration officer informed us that the expiration date of her GC had already been updated to 10 years in the system and we should be receiving the card soon. I have informed delivery and nothing from USCIS was sent while we were gone and my neighbor picked up our mail--nada. I guess we will see if our "inside info" is correct or not about receiving the 10 year GC soon.

Finally done...

Interesting.   What does the status say on USCIS.gov?   They definitely do things out of order.   My husband just received his 10 year GC, several days before the approval notice itself.

Just goes to show that there is no rhyme or reason when it comes to USCIS status updates and actual action, lol.
