Good evening. Has anyone ever faced a situation whereby they made a call to the customer service (supporttraveldocs) and was told ones case was escalated to the upper house(the embassy) and was told to expect an email from the embassy? How long does one has to wait for the email from the embassy after the escalation? Note: am yet to have my interview and also yet to receive the set of documents to bring to my interview

Email the consulate and ask for instructions.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

My case was expedited on December for my 18th birthday which happened January. Was told to expect an email before my 18th birthday received none. It's three months now had to send an email to supporttraveldocs and was told to schedule. Did schedule, 8 may, went to the embassy name wasn't on the manifest. Emailed supporttraveldocs again told to reschedule, successful did so only now only received the appointment confirmation email but didn't receive email on documents to bring along for my interview. This is an ir2 visa class anyway

You wrote "escalation."  Do you actually mean "expedite"?  Those words have two different meanings.

You have your interview appointment, yes?

Yeah. My case is on expedite. Was meant to have had my appointment since may 8 but like I said wasn't allowed in due to name not being on manifest. Sent another email told to reschedule. Did so, but no email stating documents to bring for my interview. Had to call supporttraveldocs docs was told that they were going to help me escalate my case to the embassy in order for me to receive an email form the embassy about submission of documents, and so far no emails yet. My appointment is near am yet to get what to bring for my appointment
