Today my package was out for delivery on the way to the Elgin lockbox. I used FedEx ground which was my first mistake. They did not deliver it but marked it as delivered. I called FedEx and they told me that the driver marked it delivered, but they still have it and will be delivered Monday. How sketchy is this?! Please avoid using FedEx ground.

I used FedEx for my ENTIRE journey and never had any problems with USCIS getting my packages. Just an isolated thing I'm assuming. Ive seen more boo boos using USPS. FedEX or UPS, 6 in one hand half a dozen in the other!

USCIS is like a box of chocolates, you never know what kind of answer you are going to get!!!!

This is how Fed-ex/ amazon, most drivers operate due to them being forced to get their numbers up to look good to the boss. Many times I will see UPS, Fed-ex, Amazon drivers scanning multiple packages at one of their stops. they are making them delivered with the scanner before they actually deliver them to keep ahead of the game and look like they are working hard, then they forget what they scanned and didn't, and the don't have time to deliver all the packages, and one that they scanned is left for Monday. This is further guaranteed on a Friday because it was almost Miller time, and driver wanted to go home.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. I know the costs involved in this whole game of immigration, and if I can save you some money I will!

lesson here is: never ship out a package that MAY arrive on a weekend. preferably ship it on a Monday so even with a 2 day or 3 day, it will still arrive on a weekday. You ASSUMED a Friday delivery but of course, it can arrive after office hours or Saturday with unexpected delays. just saying.

I used FedEx 2nd day air for our I-751. They delivered it in Tempe the next morning, a full day early. Hard to complain about that.

Removal of conditions

05-02-23 I-751 sent via FedEx.

05-03-23 I-751 delivered to USCIS address in Tempe AZ.

05-09-23 Check for $680 cashed.

05-15-23 Received I-797 NOA (48-month extension). A separate letter saying biometrics to be re-used. A third letter giving online access code.

Fedex Ground was used.

Yes FedEx Ground is contracted out to third party!

But they have to operate under Fedex SOPs.

Why are you sweating one day?  You are going to now wait 2-4 years before anything happens.  One extra day won't matter in the long run.

Im just worried that my application did not get to them. But I called the warehouse today and they said it was delivered on Friday. The internal investigation team hasn’t concluded what happened yet. I’m just going to hope that USCIS got the delivery and I will find out in 2-6 weeks if it was accepted or not!
