Pushbrk- So I need to file an I-864 for Each Child and leave my Wife’s name off of it.  Correct?  So the only name will be one Child as the Principal Immigrant and one for each Child?

sorry for being slow.

I suppose that since I have already submitted the I-864 with my Wife listed as the Principal Immigrant I will wait until we either receive the Approved Visa or receive the Children’s Passports back from the Embassy and immediately upload the new 864’s to CEAC and  resend the Passports back to Embassy.

I can’t resend New 864’s without their Passports.

No my Wife is listed as the Principal Immigrant of all 3 I-864’s.  Each child is then listed as Family member 1 on their respective 864 with the other child listed as Family member 2.

And that is incorrect.  There will be no visas for the children until properly completed and signed affidavits are provided for each.  They are each the principal immigrant on their own affidavit.

Why do you think this is necessary?

As others have said, just do it now.

I’m not sure what you are speaking about.  If it’s resubmitting the 864’s for each child listed as the Principle Immigrant that’s bc Pushbrk STRONGLY says that’s what needs to be done.  See above.

Lemon slice- I can’t do it now bc I need the Children’s Passports and they are at the Embassy.  If they come back Denied which is what I’m hearing then I’ll immediately resubmit them with corrected 864’s.

Why do you need their passports to upload documents online? That's the part @Family and myself are questioning.

Family-My experience from June 7th shows me that the Embassy will make a decision and forward the Passports back before I can Courier a new 864.  They would likely pass each other in the Delivery Service.  Last time there was even a Holiday and it was still resolved in just a few days.

Lemon slice-I don’t need the Passports to upload new 864’s but they still haven’t read the ones I uploaded on June 8.  They still show “Submitted” but not yet “Accepted”.  They approved my Wife with the hard copy that we couriered with her Passport and SS Benefits Letter.  When we receive the Passports back on Saturday or Monday I’ll resubmit them and upload the new 864 immediately.

Prepare the correct affidavits and UPLOAD THEM.  Why do you think they need to be sent by courier?

They are NOT going to accept them.  They are wrong.  Replace them now, or suffer more delays.

When you upload new/corrected I-864 online , the Embassy can “see” the documents online and they will be able to finalize and issue visas without any further delay. …and place visas in the passports.

Kindly note everyone has been advising you to do this FROM the moment you stated your wife’s name was on children’s forms…please trust the collective experience of the posters.
