Questions at NVC stage

I'm really struggling and need some guidance:

1) How to get documents to 2MB to upload at the NVC stage? I've compressed my tax return multiple times and it's still 2.4MB and gets rejected when I try to upload it.

2) How do you edit the entire I-864? There are certain sections where I can't type, even after downloading. Do I just write that part in pen?

3) After everything is submitted to the NVC, how long does it take them to review the documents?

Thanks!

1.  Do you have your tax return transcript?  If so, upload that instead.

2.  Use only Adobe software to fill out the form.  Or hand-write your answers.

3.  Check here -- https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html

Documents that are too large, should be rescanned at a lower resolution.

Your best bet is to use a digital copy or reduce resolution. It sounds like you using a photo/scan of a paper tax return, rather than just a digital copy. My return is only 105 kb as a digital copy. But if I were to scan it, it would be way larger.
