Part 1, Q 14. When the conditional residence expires?

I was given the wrong card (10 year card instead of 2),so if the date of expiration on it shows 9/10/2031 and it was issued in 2021. So the actual date of expiration should be 9/10/2023,right?

It is exactly 2 years after the “resident since” date on the gc, assuming the date was on or after I-485 was filed, or the beneficiary entered the U.S. on a CR visa.

It was AOS from k1 visa. The resident since date is 9/10/2021

Your conditional residence expires September 10, 2023. Do file before September 10, 2023, as your expiration date is too close to 9-11 for comfort.

Will be sending the package mid June 2023, because we become eligible around June 12.

The calculator on the uscis site I used to check the earliest date I could file I751, said it's 6/12/2023.  Does that calculation seem correct? I don't want to send it too early by mistake.
