I would like to appreciate if anyone can clarify me about applications forms to be submitted for AOS under program.

Do K1 visa visa holders have to get medical examination again ?

Do i need to apply for EAD& AP while filing for AOS under DORA program?

Is it true that DORA program is available till september 21st 2007 ?

If the beneficiary had a K-1 medical exam within one year prior to applying for AOS then all that should be needed is the 693a ( vaccine supplement) as stated on the instruction sheet you print out after you make your AOS DORA infopass appointment.

Do i need to apply for EAD& AP while filing for AOS under DORA program?

It's up to you. Alot haven't...We did, as a type of insurance; because even though they say " approved in 90 days"....You can still get stuck in name checks [ always a chance of that, wether DORA or not] and wait longer. A small investment at the time could have prevented a much larger loss of income later as Mark already had a job lined up. But it's up to you and your needs/preference.

Just a thought, though. About the EAD/AP. Can someone here clarify if the impending fee increases include EAD/AP " automatically"? Or am I misunderstanding something there?
