Does anyone went recently to Mexico with Green + extension letter ( form I797)? Im going to Los Cabos, Im Brazilian. Jus to know if anyone has any problem to enter Mexico with this documentations.

I call USCIS ans they said this documentation that I have proof Im residente permanent in USA but Im a little bit scared.

Not sure how USCIS can answer questions related to entry policies of another country.

 

You be will able to enter Mexico with the documentation you mentioned. However, Delta airlines won’t board you so I advise a different airline.
