I sent ours in on July 2. They cashed the check on July 17. We got the receipt yesterday, Aug 4. Our case was transferred from TX to CA.

so, like 2 weeks. ok

.

just checked with USPS. the package was delivered yesterday, Aug 4th.

I hope they go off of postmark for determining fees.

We mailed our I751 yesterday.

I sent ours in on July 2. They cashed the check on July 17. We got the receipt yesterday, Aug 4. Our case was transferred from TX to CA.

I'm waiting to hear from CSC as well. Not sure if the process for I-751 is the same as with the I-130. With the I-130 they sent you a notice that they had received your application and assigned a case #. I'm a bit concerned bec. previously the CSC had acted on my application within 2 weeks.

seems normal looking at timelines that it takes a couple of weeks plus to cash check/issue NOA. It would also be reasonable to assume that anyone who possibly could got theirs in and beat the deadline for fee increases so I am assuming they are swamped at the moment so wont start worrying for several weeks yet at least no-one has heard a thing yet.

We received our Biometrics letter today!!! Appointment is for September 7th in Naperville. Haven't tried to register case online yet. Things are moving along well -:)

that is way cool. :dance:

USCIS has not cashed our check yet, BUT this week got not one but two letters (I-797C, Notice of Action)stating how her green card has been extended for another year. On htat letter it does say that they received our payment. I like how they received it not cashed it yet. :D It also said that to wait for an appointment letter for the biometrics.

At least it is moving along now. And no worries regarding any hassles with employment or traveling.

Great news !

I went to check online how far I am

Application Type: CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED

Current Status: Case received and pending.

Well I had my fingerprintz taken and the tracking device implanted, only waiting on my GC... no worries with the NOA extending my current GC for a year

Entry in the USA: May 13 2005

10 yr GC approved: October 5 2007
