Hello everyone. I am currently waiting for my 1-765 to be approved. My NOA1 notice date is March 3rd and I had my biometric done on March 22nd. Correct me if I'm wrong but they are only doing cases with the notice date of January 20th, 06 right now?

I have a two questions about their process. First is it possible they could be already processing my case even though I'm two months ahead of the current process time? and secondly I sign up with them to have my case updated VIA email. How accurate are they with updating and touching my case? I guess what my question is, when and if they approve my case is their a chance they could've approved my case without updating my case online? Thank you.

The email updates are not very good... some people get them and others don't.....

All you can do is wait until the 90 days are up and if you have not recieved your EAD then make an infopass appointment at your local office and apply for a interim EAD....

It seems you started worrying too early. I hope you get your EAD soon but it can take months. I have been waiting for over 4 months now and I have yet to receive the card. Patience, my friend...patience is the key.

Hey thanks guys. I try to have patience through out this process. It's like an off and on switch, one day I'm good about it and have faith in the system and then theirs those days where I'm a mess and stress out to where I can't concetrate on anything else thats going on in my life.

well, at least you already have your biometrics done. Doesn't taht mean, it's already at the local office? I really don't know, that's just what I thought...

Good luck either way

Hello Supa,

It is almost always like that: they approve your case but do not reflect this on online case status page. Only after you get your biometrics done..they say they approved it. If you go to an infopass appointment and talk to an officer..s/he would most probably tell you that they approved your case.

I wish you a speedy processing for your applications.

:)
