I came with my wife to America on the 24th March. It is my understand that since we used the DCF route it should be sent to us right? If not, what do I do? The man at SAF that processed her visa didn't want to answer any of my questions.

Also since she has conditional status, I was told we need to file some form 90 days before 2 years of some time I have not been told about. I'm guessing 90 days before 2 years or March 24, 2008? Like I wrote, they guy did not want to answer my questions.

I living in Las Vegas, so where would ask for help from whatever government office that is applicable?

I'm quite lost ATM.

Thanks.

Your greencard should be sent to the registered address. The CR-1 or IR-1 visa - upon endorsement (or activation) would be valid as temporary GC (in my visa it was stated "serves as temporary I-551 for 1 year upon endorsement"). Was told that GC could take up to 6 months to arrive, but mine arrive approx 4 weeks after entry.

Good luck

hi Karl, and Welcome to America for your wife!

Her Green Card will be produced in Texas and should arrive within 4 weeks. If she applied for a Social Security card via the visa application form, that should also arrive within a month. If not, post back and you'll need to follow up.

The immigration officer at the POE should have also given you instructions on Removing Conditions. If s/he did not, never mind. You can find the relevant USCIS pages and instructions, along with some suggestions for success posted in the pinned thread here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=310
