:devil: What do you all think, is this okay for the cover letter for the AOS/EAD/AP Package? Also do you think I am missing anything that they might need? :P

Looks fine. Given that a cover letter is not necessary for AOS, it doesn't really matter what format you put it in.

As for anything missing:

You should not use the 3/4 photos with USCIS applications. You need to use the "full frontal" type pictures. If you're in a rush though it probably doesn't matter that much for AP though.

I assume you're including checks for payment as well.

The 3/4 photos are for the I-131, they are requested in the instructions.

Yes, those instructions are out of date I'm afraid. Full frontal is required for all photo submissions to USCIS (well of the head at least ;) ).
