Filing the AOS with a K-1 and K-2

As most of you know, it is coming down crunch time for the forms to be submitted before the big change day, here is my question.

I intend on having the forms postmarked tomorrow, here are the following things I am wondering:

1. Do I fill out a seperate I-485 for my wife and her child, if yes are they to be filed at same time or after wife's forms come back?

2. If I file them both at the same time, do I pay for a single file (example: Will the charge of $395 cover both wife and child, or do I have to pay $395 for the wife and $325 for the child.)

The child is age 3. Thanks for all the help.

Thanks, I'm mailing mine today but I understand I have until Monday, the 30th. Everything has to be postmarked by that date to take advantage of the huge savings....Good Luck on Your Submittal!

Yea, after running around and making copies of things, I got it mailed Friday morning. My only worry is that we did not have the vaccination supplement form. I have read around and some people have said they got away with just sending vacination records, and some get RFE's. Guess only time will tell.

BUT here is a question, can I send the Vacination supplement later on. Can I send it seperate in the enxt week? Anyone have an idea.?

If they want a vac supplement you should receive an RFE at some point and you can send it in then. It would do you no good to send it in beforehand...the likelihood that it will get matched up with your file is very very very small, probably nil.
