I was wondering if I should send my REF response back to CSC by Express overnight (Fed-ex) or regular USPS airmail? Can express mail be mailed to the CSA since the address is a P.O. Box number?

Hi, I believe you are better off sending it USPS because FED-EX doesn't deliver to P.O. Box

I would use Express Mail from the USPS. Since it is already Friday and they don't work on Saturday "overnight" gains you nothing, I suggest "Priority Mail" with "delivery confirmation". The USPS delivers it. You get a package number and check for confirmation of delivery on USPS.com Mailing today will get it delivered on Monday and you'll see the confirmation Monday night or Tuesday. You also have confirmation of the sent date on your receipt.

You can use express overnight. Remember the sooner you get it there the sooner they can get back on the case.

And yes express mail can be sent to a PO box.

it will get there either way, if she wants it there FAST then its fine to send it overnight express. I did on a friday and it was signed for on a saturday.

To each their own. USCIS doesn't work Saturdays, so I wouldn't spend the extra money. Actually, unless there was a deadline of some sort for "receipt" I don't see much point in paying extra to save one day in a months long process.

Ditto. I have used USPS Express overnight for everything we have sent to USCIS. Works great.

and i was giving my advice that when i sent overnight express on friday it was signed on Saturday. By whoever, it was signed and my RFE was completed quickly after that.
