CENOMAR is not a requirement, because the embassy will directly request it from NSO if they have doubts regarding the beneficiary's civil status.

and if you do have or if you're gona bring a cenomar, there's a big chance that they wont gona request one from the NSO... their system kinda sux at times but it is what it is :blush:

If the Cenomar is so important why is it not asked for in these instructions? Just plain stupid if you ask me.

Mine had a small piece of paper stapled on the 2nd page stating this:

Effective March 2006

All K1 applicants who have never contracted marriage should submit a 'CERTIFICATE OF NO MARRIAGE RECORD (CENOMAR) issued by the National Statistics Office (NSO) and printed on NSO security paper. You may call the NSO Information Center at 02-737-1111 or visit the NSO webpage at https://www.ecensus.com.ph/Secure/frmIndex.asp to request issuance of a CENOMAR (Singleness).

Some ladies are asked for Cenomar others are not. Each case is different so requirements can be different for each case.

oh yea now i remember mine too... hehehe... just a white paper maybe 3x8 inches??? stating exactly for a cenomar... although some CO wont ask for one but chances are they're gona ask you for one lol... good luck
