Hi Guys!

Just wanted to inform you that we got our I-130 NOA1 just today! :D

Another bit of info: We called up the immigration call center and asked where to file our I-129F. The person said that if you filed the I-130 and I-129F at the same time, the I-130 should be sent to the Service Center where the USC resides and the I-129F should be sent to Chicago. But if you didn't do this, which in our case we didn't, you can file the I-129F directly at the Service Center where you filed your I-130. Sending it to Chicago will create more problems since the person on the phone said that Chicago and CSC are not that "connected"! Bummer huh?! (so how will Chicago know that you submitted I-130 at the Service Center if in case you submitted it at the same time???) Also, if you are gonna send your I-129F to the Service Center, it would be best to send a copy of your I-130 along with your NOA1 so that the Service Center guys will not look for your previous I-130 file.

Well, this came from the mouth of someone from the Immigration call center - just sharing this info also...

Thanks!

Thanks! Caused me about 3 pimples just waiting for the NOA1 for I-130 hahaha! Don't worry, you'll get yours soon enough. Based on the timelines, TSC is much faster than CSC.

Good luck to all of us!
