:crying: would u believe it... Am sooooo pissed with the status of my case.. After we got our noa2 tot everything will work faster now but it seem like until now NVC havent recieved my case. We was approved last June 20 of this year. And i spoke with NVC people and said until now they havent got our case.. Where the hell is my case now..what u think happen to our case??

I'm sure we'd all feel as frustrated as you are now. I'm sorry about your bad news. Have you tried calling back to CSC? Perhaps they have more helpful info. this is one of the reasons we all make copies of our entire K-type packets. if the case was approved and maybe misplaced, it could be of some help to have a backup. Anyway, try calling CSC and find out when exactly it left, if it DID leave. Good luck to you and no matter how angry you feel, try not to let it show too strongly when talking with those officials. Peace.

22 Feb 08 - Moscow Interview! (APPROVED!!!)..Yay!

24 Mar 08 - Sasha and Jason reunite in the U.S. :)

29 Dec 08- Alexander is born

11 Jan 10 - AOS / AP / EAD package sent

19 Jan 10 - AOS NOA1 / AP NOA1 / EAD NOA1

Is it possible that NVC already sent it on to the consulate?

05/14/2007 - Sent I-129F for K3 to Chicago Lockbox via USPS Express Mail

10/22/2007 - I129F APPROVED (161 days), I130 APPROVED (188 days)

11/08/2007 - I129F received at NVC, embassy case number generated.

11/13/2007 - I129F forwarded to embassy.

11/18/2007 - 129F petition received at embassy

01/09/2008 - finally, DOS gives me the interview date, April 16, 2007 (ouch)

01/23/2008 - never got packet 4, emailed embassy

04/11/2008 - picked up packet 4, did medical

04/14/2008 - medical report pickup, no problems

04/16/2008 - interview date- APPROVED!!!!!

04/18/2008 - both of us are home at last, POE JFK!

05/21/2008 - sent AOS and EAD

05/27/2008 - received NOA1 for AOS and for EAD

06/02/2008 - received Biometrics appt letter

06/19/2008 - Biometrics appointment scheduled - DONE

Have you contacted your consulate already?

I don't think you are waiting too long already. Your NOA2 was from June 20, that's just a little over a month. I don't think that is totally unreasonable and maybe your case really got sent to the consulate already and you will get mail from them soon before you get your notice from NVC. Sometimes there are delays...

That's Weird. But, I remember reading some time ago about the Service Centers sending to the Embassy/Consulate direct. Seems like last fall or early winter that was being done from time to time. Anyone else remember that?

Call the embassy/consulate and confirm they have received your file. If you have your NOA2 and they say it is at the consulate... then celebrate because packet 3 should be sent soon.

My NOA-2 letter said that but it didn't happen. Actually I ended up in A/R at NVC instead. I don't think anyones file was actually sent direct to the embassy.

12/14/2006 Applied for K-1 with request for Waver for Multiple filings within 2 years.
Waiting - Waiting - Waiting
3/6 Called NVC file sent to Washington for "Administrative Review" Told to call back every few weeks. 7/6 Called NVC, A/R is finished, case on way to Moscow. YAHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
7/13 On Friday the 13th we see updated Moscow website with our interview on 9/11 (Hope we are not supersticious) 9/11 Visa Approved. Yahoo.
10/12 Tickets for her to America. I am flying to JFK to meet her there. 12/15/07 We are married. One year and a day after filling original K-1
12/27 Filed for AOS, EAD & AP 1/3 Received all three NOA-1's 1/22 Biometrics 2/27 EAD & AP received 4/12 Interview
5/19/08 RFE for physical that she should not have needed. 5/28 New physical ($ 250.00 wasted) 6/23 Green Card received
4/22/10 Filed for Removal of Contitions. 6/25 10 Year Green Card received Nov, 2014 Citizenship ceremony. Our journey is complete.

They send to the NVC first, not to the embassy/consulate

If the NVC has not recieved it yet call CSC and ask them about it. From what i understand when i called back a year ago when NVC hadnt recieved mine they send the approvals in batches. And they only send them out once or twice a week in bulk loads. Yours may be on a batch that just hasnt been sent out yet or was JUST sent out. Be patient, sometimes it takes CSC a while to get the approved petition to NVC, remember there are thousands that are being sent every week.
