@fellaamazing Did you happen to get medical, PCC, Biometric and interview lined up? Need procedures for mine at Mumbai. Did Mumbai sent Invitation letter or anything or you directly contacted them?

No need for a CEAC account.
Shipping week is next week, Tuesday and Wednesday. Keep checking to see if it becomes in transit.

Your case is already in Transit. Ours is still at NVC. So I am hoping it goes in transit on 29th. My fiance is part of a whatsapp group for K1 visa in India and following the process along with others.

Yes, people who guide and follow up after their cases recently complete are definitely assets. Most of us on the other hand just move on.

How long does it take to put a case into the system? My first inquiry was July 19th and they said they have received my case but not put it into the system yet. Here it's August 23rd and still nothing. It can't possibly be that hard to do data entry.

keep making inquiry every week. Looking at NOA2 date, I am pretty sure you should have NVC case number by now and will most probably shipped to embassy in next Tuesday/Wednesday batch.

NOA 2 Jun26.NVC received Aug 2. Just now Aug 23 got my Case number after 4 inquiries every week entire August. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

 

You will be notified once this case is forwarded to the assigned US Embassy/Consulate General.

 

 

What do I have to do now? I’m so excited forgot everything 😂😂😂

I sent another inquiry this last weekend. Hoping for good news, but I doubt I will get it.

All docs need to be in English or a valid English translation is needed (I can’t find a link that says so but I am sure I have read a million times). You can check your country specific reciprocity docs. For medical, if you are planning for Mumbai, see my latest comments for “April” and “May” “2023 K1 NOA2 to NVC to Embassy. There’s one guy who had some trouble scheduling a medical with ReleClinic.

I received an odd response from NVC that just casually slipped my CEAC case number in there and it says that we're "at NVC". Looking forward to the shipment dates next week.

I got that too as an inquiry response. Begins with MNL then a bunch of numbers (I assume MNL stands for Manila?). I always thought the K-1 was a non-immigrant visa. But my ID only works if I put it in the immigrant visa search. But yeah mine says "at NVC" as well. Not sure what to do next.
