Congratulations, that's excellent news!

Would you please give me the link to NVC Research? Can't find it anywhere. Been waiting for our case number for 143 days and have gotten nothing yet...

NVCResearch email is what @xxxxx77 shared above. But I haven't seen anyone get a case number from them, but in your situation I'd try. I didn't even get an answer from them last time I tried to get a case number.

Keep pushing on the public inquiries though.
Have they been answering you at all? With the whole "we received, case waiting for data entry" message?!

February 2022 I-129F K1 Case Status Spreadsheet can be found here.
NVC Timelines spreadsheet can be found here.
NOA1:
Feb 22nd, 2022 | NOA2: May 12th, 2023 (444 days) | NVC Received: July 3rd, 2023 (52 days) | Case number: Aug 2nd, 2023 (82 days) | In Transit: Aug 15th, 2023 (95 days)  | Ready: Aug 17th, 2023 | Medical: Sep 22nd, 2023 | Interview: Sep 26th, 2023

I emailed them to confirm that NVC received my petition from USCIS I did not email them to ask for a case number.

Okay, thank you 👍

 Yeah, I'll try that too.

And nope, no answer to my public inquiry yet...

NOA2 - June 14

First NVC Inquiry -July19th. NVC replied indicating they have received my case but not into the system yet.

Second NVC Inquiry-Aug 4th. Same reply as above.

Sigh. NVC Timeframes are lies too. "We are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 30-Jun-23". Then why haven't I received anything from my June 14th case?

Keep in mind NVC timeframes refer to when NVC received the petition from USCIS and not when we got our NOA2.

Unfortunately USCIS doesn't ship them right away.

Today should be the start of shipping the files to their respective US consulates. Exciting, maybe we see status flip to 'In Transit' today and tomorrow.

Your NOA2 date is not the same as the date of receipt by NVC. Supposedly, it is taking USCIS 30 days to send the cases to NVC, so your case was likely received around July 14th. NVC is currently working on cases received on July 11th according to their timeframes, so you should receive a CEAC case number soon.

We just filed our first NVC inquiry (60 days after NOA2).

Got my case number from nvc research yesterday and got the e-mail that it was being sent to consulate today.  Status changed to 'In Transit'.  Now I'm just trying to figure out if it's too early to submit DS-160 or wait until I have the e-mail from the consulate?

I wrote to NVC like a month ago, and they said that they had recently received my case. Then I asked again, and they said this:

To Whom it Concerns:

You will be notified once this case is forwarded to the assigned US Embassy/Consulate General.

Anyone receive a message like this?

Just guessing, but I think they input your case into their systems. Not sure why they didn’t give you a case number? You can do another inquiry to get one or watch out for an email when it gets sent out and it’ll have your new case number in it.

I received this today (if you don't have actual case number  in the reply, NVC may have just updated the response format):

To Whom it Concerns:

The invoice I.D. number for visa petition BMB***************** is: *********

The beneficiary I.D. number for ****, **** is *********.

You will be notified once this case is forwarded to the assigned US Embassy/Consulate General.

When you all say "Updated to In Transit," was this based on an inquiry? Or did they send an email?

I got an email, title was “The National Visa Center sent your K1 visa petition to the U.S. Embassy/Consulate in Stockholm, Sweden”
