What reasons for Typical RFE

Great thank you. Are we supposed to send our birth certificate? I don’t think I sent one also are we supposed to send G325 form? I am not sure if I sent one.

If you are the USC petitioner, your US birth certificate is one of the options for the required proof of US citizenship.  If you submitted one of the other acceptable documents like US passport, no need for US BC.

 

Form G-325 is no longer required.

Oh my lord. I was panic. Thanks for clarification. I looked into RFE reasoning and panicked. I appreciate your help in clarifying. 👍🙏
