He doesn't count as an immigrant.  You count him as a dependent.  The income requirement for you will be based on a household of three, if he is the only child.

Even if i didnt claim him on my 2022 taxes? He doesnt have a SSN so i couldnt claim him on my taxes, so in this case what would i do? I met thr income requirements for my wife in 2020,2021, but not 2022 because of my child. So would i get a new sponsor now? Or joint sponsor? Thank you Sir.

Your son is your dependent.  The truth is what the truth is.

You are always the primary sponsor. If you don't qualify now, you'll need a qualified joint sponsor.

Sounds like there will be no visa without one, so no, they won't "mind".

Thank you Sir you really are the best, thanks for the help and time.👍

You'll need to update your own affidavit of support while you're at it.  Be sure to list your child as a dependent and update your tax and current income information along with documentation of same.

Meanwhile get a SSN and amend your taxes.
