Military service disclosure in N-400

Hey.

I'm filling in my N-400. One of the questions is about group/party affiliation, and another set of questions is about weapons usage.

I served in the Israeli army (mandatory service) and went through weapon training and participated in tours. I was also involved in a shooting incident.

 

My question is: how should I disclose this information?

 

Specifically, I'm asking about these questions:

Quote

Have you EVER been a member of, involved in, or in any way associated with any organization, association, fund, foundation, party, club, society, or similar group in the United States or in any other location in the world?

 and

Quote

Were you EVER involved in any way with badly hurting, or trying to hurt, a person on purpose?

 

There is a specific question about serving in a military unit ("Were you EVER a member of, or did you EVER serve in, help, or otherwise participate in, a military unit?"), where I answered yes and I will attach a document with a bit more info about dates and position

 

What else should I disclose
