I was able to speak to a live agent via the Emma chat. My case has had no movement. I am still at the Texas service center. Hopefully, July will be our month!

@Lizeth C you have to go to https://www.uscis.gov/ then enter live agent during USCIS office hours. I would suggest trying between 9:00 - 4:00 PM EST. You will need to enter your receipt number.

Has anyone who submitted their i130 application in the first week of June 2023 received an update on their application?

I'm thinking we will start seeing approvals for June filers in the next two weeks. 😄

I just got a letter saying a decision has been made on my i-130 and that’s why they denied my i-129.  I haven’t seen this reflected online.   Is this happened to anyone else?

This happens all the time. Online status is not always up to date. Letter is a real official document, online status is just a convenience tool.

Can I ask what your receipt block was? I saw on another thread that they work on them by blocks and as my receipt was a few days after you, I'm hoping we're in the same or close to the same block.

I applied for my I-129F June 22 2023 it was denied a week before my i-130 was approved
