PD June 25th 2023. I haven’t heard anything by since NOA1, have been stuck on case received and no AR ever. Starting to get discouraged:( US citizen, Canadian spouse lives abroad.

I guess your AR will be your approval and it will be soon. PD 6/21/23 waiting. Case at Charlotte FO. Where is your case now?

It started at Potomac, then I was told California, then I was told Texas service center.

Any explanation why in the below link it says USCIS is processing July, September, October 2023. While ppl from June are still waiting?

Apparently USCIS changed the way their API works, so sites that pull this data are unable to anymore until they get it sorted. These dates are very inaccurate at the moment, hopefully they fix this soon.

I also saw someone yesterday on Reddit get approved with a PD of 27th June. Their approval came from California.

@Cookie88 Have you seen any further approvals elsewhere? If so, what PDs are you seeing? I haven't seen much updates on this thread and the July thread is nothing but conspiracy theorists lol

For June I think the amount of approvals I've seen for 29th and 30th June I would think both those dates should be pretty much mostly cleared now. I am also seeing first week of July approvals trickling in. I would assume the service center and individual pace of officers makes that margin of difference here.

applied for both parents June 27....only one got approval and other still pending. Any other's late June still waiting or people with parents still waiting on one? :(

This thread is only for spousal visas, so probably no one will reply for other family based. There is a different page/forum for other family based I130 visas, so I would check/post there.
