Anyone else who is in the NVC stage, who can comment about how long it is taking to process the fee? I submitted both fees (AOS, and IV) on the 13th, and they still show just "In Process". It says it can take 2-3 business days, but just wondering if someone has already passed that step. Since you can't start doing the applications until the fees are processed.

Submitted fees on July 29 and payment was confirmed sent from my bank July 31. NVC status of payment was in process until August 13. NVC has issues with their payment system currently so you will have to wait. Took 2 weeks for my payment to finally process.

Ahh ok, thanks for letting me know. I was checking every day because I figured it would be a quick turnaround. And yeah, I mean the money is already gone from my account so I assumed it would have been processed quickly. Another little wait then...

I’ve got a question. So you were only able to submit your affidavit and other documents required by NVC after the 2 weeks wait?

Yes that’s correct. Had to wait until fee status shows as paid before I could even open the AOS and ds260 sections. Once fees show as paid the button that says “start now” will become active and you can proceed.
