yesterday I woke up to an email saying action had been taken. It was from 6:36 AM. Though it's still showing 5 months to go and under active review (received June 5th 23 and NOA1 June 12th), the approval notice was under the docs tab.

Best of luck to the ones patiently (or not) waiting. This ####### is rough on one's mental health.

Congratulations! I said there would be approval this week. First week right? What's your precise PD date?

june 5th 23 PD  (though strangely it went to active review on the 12th but got the letter in October, so I was a bit worried my NOA1 would be misinterpreted!)

Sorry, typo. It starts counting on the very day you submitted your application which is known as your PD

That was a typo, I already corrected it. Your PD is August 3rd which is when you should start counting, the very day you submitted your application. Did you file K3?

No I didn’t. I didn’t know about the K3 at the time of filing. I really wish I did. 🥲

My husband and I are still waiting for our approval. Our case has been under active review since June 10th, 2023 and it's been saying "taking longer than expected" for months now. Hoping we finally hear back this week or next week! Will update when we get information.
