When we filed our i130, the NOA1 came from Texas Service Center. 
NOA2, Vermont. 

 

My NOA1  was from Texas. what I am trying to find out is where my case is currently.

 

 

Also, there is no option to see processing time by center like before.

I filed on 06/11/23 and am also filing through the London Consulate.

Here's hoping ours move along quickly.

Looking at the processing times for Potomac on here though, it's at the beginning of April still!

 

Does anyone else have their case at Potomac?

I asked a customer service rep through the Emma chat.  You have to ask to speak to a live agent.

I did too this morning..they said my case was transferred to Nebraska.

My K-3 was just denied today so I’m hoping that means my I-130 will be approved soon

Hi everyone my application was sent in June a received in June 13 2023 then received actively reviewing in September 13 2023. Does this mean I am considered a June  or September case? Vermont service center.
