NVC document submission

We uploaded all documents (civil and financial) in the CEAC site and they were accepted. But then we received a message a few hours later from the NVC stating that "the NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all of the required documents DS-260, Civil Documents and Financial Documents. Once these documents have been submitted, we will review your case." Has anyone else had this experience? What needs to be done? We have uploaded all required documents. Thanks

Check for country specific documents also. Even if all required documents are accepted, nvc will not DQ your case if the country specific documents are missing
