Yes.

Will that cause any problems at USCIS?

Depends.

Is your new spouse from your country of origin?

Please share your experience or advice.

 I entered as an F-1 student, married a U.S. citizen, adjusted status to LPR, divorced, naturalized, K-1ed a fiancee, married her,  she adjusted status to GC, she RoCed, and then she naturalized.

She has entered the U.S. as a U.S. citizen once so far, and yesterday she had her first encounter with an internal border patrol checkpoint as a U.S. citizen. Each encounter was without incident.

I am Canadian, my wife is Burmese. We did not know each other before I

* entered the U.S. as an F-1

* received my GC

Yes, the Spouse will be from the origin country

1. Did you know the new spouse before marrying the previous spouse?

2. Is the old spouse from the origin country?

I have seen many similar cases, nothing new.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

and right now I don't have anybody, I am asking all those question for future purpose only. Just for my knowledge.

Yes, she is from the same country.

I'm a bit confused how you can know what country your future spouse is from when you don't even know who they are yet. Are you currently a US citizen?
