Letter to field office requesting combo interview

Hi all, I finally got scheduled for the N-400 interview a few days ago, 7 months after filing. I also have an I-751 case pending. My interview letter does not mention anything about the I-751, and there is no change in the case status for it online.

I did not upload a cover letter with my N-400 application, however I did upload the I-751 NOA (extension letter). I keep reading here people advise on sending a letter to your field office requesting a combo interview.

Does anyone have a sample letter I could use a template? And what do you write on it? ATTN: N-400/I-751 Combination Interview Request?

Thanks in advance!
