My E1 immigrant Visa case at NVC

Hello Everyone,

I live in Nigeria. My E1 immigrant Visa case, which my Wife (with EB1A Green card) filed for me via follow to join application, was documentarily qualified at NVC on April 13, 2022.

I have been waiting for my Interview Letter since then. It is well over a year now that I have been waiting for an interview letter for me to come for interview at Lagos US embassy in Lagos.

I thought it's supposed to be among the priority cases and it's supposed to be treated as such.

Is this normal? Does anyone has any news or information for me? How long do I have to wait?

Please respond with your comments.

You’ll be behind other higher priority cases (spouses etc) and it looks like about 12 months for them (see other threads). So hopefully not too much longer. Good luck.
