Alright, a week from tomorrow we'll be facing those fine folks on West Pender.... I'm just getting those "oh my god, did we get everything done" feelings (doesn't help when Dave has all the paperwork 2500 miles away in Vancouver ;-) )....

We've got:

Interview Letter (packet 4)

NOA2

His background check

His medical packet/results

long-form birth certificate

passport

5 photographs

DS-156

DS-156-K (those who went through vancouver lately, my fiance SWEARS the packet 3 says sign these suckers before the interview, I know montreal tells you NOT to... any idea?)

I-134 (w/corresponding evidence, 3 years of tax returns, letter from employer and from bank)

OF-167A

A complete copy of all of what we sent in for the original 129-F submission (including all originals of my documentation)

$100 USD (paid in cash at the time of interview correct?)

Am I missing anything?

That looks pretty good to me. I took some additional relationship evidence just incase they wanted something more recent. But they never asked for anything other than what was in packet 3.

I was asked 5 questions and that was about it.

I was in Montreal, but I am sure Vancouver is similar.

You'll do great!!

Hi I had my interview in Vancouver and it was a pretty relaxing expirience,I advise getting there early I had a 10am interview got there at 9-15 and my wife didnt even have time to drink coffee before we was usered in,checked out, then up to floor 20 for even more security, then go to room, wait a little while then a guy asks to see your paperwork etc, checks you got everything, then sit down again and after about 20 minutes get called to window 5 for your interview,a different guy interviews(the one we had was real chatty, laughing and joking with us) even though I got denied(knew it was going to happen)I cannot fault the embassy and the staff there,so I would say dont worry too much,ok
