Hello everyone!

I'm new to this forum and just wanted to ask 2 questions. If anyone can help, it will be much appreciated :-)

I saw that many people had sucsess in E-mailing their Choice of Agent to the NVC. My question is, if you mail them your Choice of Agent, does the email have to be signed at the bottom by myself(the benificary)?

My second question is, when my wife and I filed the I-130 with USCIS, we both lived at the same adress in the Caribbean. After the I-130 was approved my wife(the petitioner) went back to the US to start a job there because she is my "sponsor", and has to have an income. All our correspondance from the USCIS was sent to the adress in the US where my wife now lives. Do we have to contact the NVC and let them know of my wifes change in adress, or do we only have to let them know if my(the benificary) adress changes? My adress is still the same as we listed on our I-130..

Thanks for your help on this..

Chris&Jen,

If you read the very first thread of this forum you will find the shortcuts we've all used at the NVC, this includes mailing the NVC the choice of agent.

As for your wife's US address. Has she kept the same US address during the whole process even if she was staying with you in the Caribbean? If the answer is yes, then it doesn't need to be changed with the NVC. If the answer is no, then it does need to be changed.
