Hello I am new here. Congratulations to everyone who has received an approval. I submitted the I-130 for my mother on June 25, 2023 and it has been on active review since August 2023. Nothing since then. Has anyone with a later June PD received approval yet?

june 23 pd here, no movement yet

Thanks for responding. I thought we would have something back by now based on the timeline of those who have been approved. If the June 16/17 filers got approval back on the August 2/3 you would think by now we would have something. I have had zero luck getting information from a live agent. I don’t see anyone else with a similar PD get approved.

I received approval just now. PD is 6/25/23. Good luck to everyone still waiting.

I got an email that an action was made on my case but it’s another “case is being reviewed by uscis” with todays date. It was already on that status since last sept 2023 😭

Just checked my parents status it went from taking longer than expected for the longest time to now 7 months for my dad and 4 months for my mom smh, I hope we are still on track to get an approval sooner than that, their PD is 6/25/2023. Has anyone else had their estimated time jump all over the place in the past few months?

Yes mine was like that. I think you should be next. Keep checking the documents tab. Mine updated there even if the status still show “actively reviewing”
