So after the case approved, what the timeline looks like ? we're trying to time our vacation to be able to pick up my parents by March 2025 🫥

After approval, once u do all the documents and get documentarily qualified. It would be 12-14 months from that date.

Hello I am new here. Congratulations to everyone who has received an approval. I submitted the I-130 for my mother on June 25, 2023 and it has been on active review since August 2023. Nothing since then. Has anyone with a later June PD received approval yet?
