06-05-2023: I130 Submitted (Mother, single Brother)

06-05-2023: I130 Receipt by Texas Service Center

Mother should take less than 2 years from start to finish. However, if the brother is an adult, that could take at least 15 years.

I'm applying for my widowed mother. She is still using her married last name, which is the name on my birth certificate and in her passport. Am I required to also provide a copy of the death certificate for my Dad and my Mom's marriage certificate since her name has changed from her maiden name?

Just filed for my Mom & Dad from Ecuador

Filed online: 6/25/2023

Receipt Notice for both: 6/25/2023

Nebraska Service Center

Quick Question: is everything online now or do I still need to send in anything physical? or do I need to wait until I receive any updates on my USCIS account?

My mom and dad don't have marriage certificate. Can we submit any other document to prove they are married?

If they were married in India, acceptable documents will be listed here:
