I was thinking the other day that Sent immigration all these documents for the 129I, they looked, reviewed and approved. I then had to send the same ones with the aos and employment. Now i have the interview date and they want the sam douments.

Sems to me if approved for 129I thenwhy keep asking for them? I know it is the govt and they neverdo anything simple but it seems such a waste of their filing capacity.

I was thinking the same thing when i had my biometrics.. Fingers prints in london, at the airport, and again for biometrics.. same forms over and over again.. but thats ok.. what really drives me mad is the RFE's when you've already sent the information to them time and time again and it goes into the black hole at uscis instead of on your file...

This shouldn't be an issue, you just take copies of all the documents you filed with AOS to the interview with you, plus some additional evidence you didn't file with AOS (e.g. proof of life together).

Well remember that visas (e.g. the K-1) are given out by a different Federal agency than Green Cards. One is the Department of State, the other is the Department of Homeland Security.
