Not to mention you are supposed to include the RFE paper itself....

I had gotten a RFE from MSC and it only included a PO Box, no Fedex-able address. I found a street address for MSC online but figured I shouldn't mess with it, and just sent it USPS overnight with delivery confirmation to the PO Box included in the RFE. If your RFE only includes a PO Box I'd suggest you do the same... don't play around, just send it where they ask you to.

You can overnight express mail garunteed for the next day at USPS. It costs about 16 dollars I think but its well worth the hurry if you need it. They will send to PO boxes as well. Good luck!
