I-130 questions

Hi guys, can someone please clarify part of I-130. I really need help.

 

for part 4, it states: If the beneficiary’s native written language does not use Roman letters, type or print his or her name and use foreign address in their native written language.

 

I am applying for my wife who is from China and using Mandarin. Although usually the language is written in characters but everything can be spelled in PinYin. Can I use PinYin for part 4? Or do I need to use Chinese characters?

 

Does any section would require Chinese characters? With the exception of proof of marriage and documents, I know I would need both original documents AND translation.

 

For question 62 where it asks for City/Province/Country where my spouse would need to apply for visa, the City/Province is where the US Consulate is located right?

 

Since the petitioner(myself) is preparing the paperwork, do I need to fill out the interpreter or preparer section?

Use the letters that are normally used where she lives.

No. You are expected to prepare this as you are the petitioner.
