We used the VJ guide for ROC

Can you please refer me to the guide? I will do this myself, and follow guidelines. I have most documents, and just waiting to be eligible and then I'll go get an affidavit from family and friends. Thanks

Sent package to Phoenix lockbox on 6/5. Got text on 6/9, check was cashed on 6/12. Case Tracker says case is being actively reviewed. Now waiting for receipt in the mail, + next steps.

Does case actively being reviewed even mean anything?

USCIS have never taken my biometrics because I did Consular Processing, so they probably can't reuse the ones State took.

I received my biometrics reuse letter and an online access code, but no extension notice! Where is this letter!

It's not uncommon to receive these letters on different days. When did you receive the biometrics notice and access code? If it was in the last few days, your extension letter should soon follow.

I received my biometrics and access code today! It was issued on the 16th. I talked to the agent and they said no extension notice has been issued yet. I assume it will be issued in the next 2-3 days. I need to provide employment verification for my I-9 by June 26 so I am hoping they issue it soon!

Same here. Extension letter received 12 days after packet was mailed.

Were your online access code and biometrics reuse received before the extension notice?
